Антагонисты рецепторов эндотелина в лечении легочной артериальной гипертензии (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
В аналитической статье представлен обзор литературы по использованию антагонистов рецепторов эндотелина в лечении легочной артериальной гипертензии (ЛАГ). Обсуждаются основные препараты, широко используемые в практике, - это бозентан (траклир) и амбризентан. В настоящее время в России зарегистрированы оба препарата этой группы. В статье приводятся основные клинические исследования по применению антагонистов рецепторов эндотелина.
