Хирургическое лечение коарктации аорты в сочетании с гипоплазией дуги

Аннотация
Со дня первой успешной хирургической коррекции коарктации аорты (КоАо) прошло 70 лет, однако частота развития рекоарктации (реКоАо) остается довольно высокой. Одной из главных причин развития реКоАо является сопутствующая гипоплазия дуги аорты, которая присутствует у 60-81% новорожденных пациентов. Данный обзор посвящен проблеме диагностики сопутствующей гипоплазии дуги, диагностическим критериям данного состояния, методам хирургической и эндоваскулярной коррекции.
